Unless you live under a rock, you've most likely heard about the recent clown sightings that are popping up throughout the States. But it looks like the phenomenon might be spreading to other countries too...well, maybe.
Whether the following video posted from Perth is part of the growing clown epidemic or just someone who's really excited about their costume, I think we can all agree that it's pretty terrifying either way.
